I’d like to give you some more information to help make your experience using your voucher super-easy, super-awesome, and full of smiles!!!! (and great sounding pianos too!).
Here are a few points you need to know about how this works:
- To schedule your piano tuning, please visit my Contact page and e-mail me with all of your information (name, address, phone #, Groupon Voucher #, ideal date range for tuning, type of piano). I will respond within 24 hours to set-up your booking.
- please be advised that the taxes for your $59.00 Groupon voucher are payable to me when I come to tune your piano. This is taxed at the HST rate of 13%, and will equal $7.67 . Cash or cheque or Paypal is fine.
- Pianos that are badly out of tune (25% or more), or, haven’t been tuned in a long time (1 year+), or, which are found to have issues which affect tuning or operation of the instrument MAY require additional time or visits with additional charges to achieve a happy sounding tuned piano. :) This Groupon is for regularly tuned and serviced instruments. I will, of course, do my best to achieve a state of musicality that you find pleasing before I leave though! :))
- Repairs and adjustments that I can make in about 15 minutes before or after the tuning are included in your service. As well, I will vacuum out the innards of the piano while there, and give your pride and joy a good once-over to make sure all is well. :)
- Please understand that I am completely dedicated to providing the very friendliest of service to you and your piano. I want to see you smiling (and singing!!). I am a one person operation, though – which, while allowing me to control the quality of my service, sometimes means I can’t answer the phone or respond immediately. I will always do my best to work around your important schedule. You may need to leave a message when you call – but rest assured I will get back to you within 24 hours.
- I will do my best to honour your preferred booking time and date, but may have to contact you directly to change it slightly depending on prior bookings and where in the city all my new friends are located! :) Even if that happens though, I’ll still do my best to make sure we’re focused on your availability. I want this to be super easy for you! )
